Spiritual Connections Event Directory Form

To List an Event in Spiritual Connections, you need to be a member and fill in two forms as follows:

Step 1) Sign UP or Sign In to Spiritual Connections: http://spiritualconnections.ning.com/main/authorization/signUp?
(copy and past this URL to be directed to the form, or visit www.spiritual connections.com.au.

Step 2) Add your event details (whilst signed in) which will link to the calendar entry here:
http://spiritualconnections.ning.com/events

Step 3) Fill THIS FORM out to add your information to the Event Directory page (and Newsletter listing). This event listing page will link to your Spiritual Connections page once you are a member.

Please note:

*This form is just to list your event and to select the category that you wish it to be listed under. You will have added your event details and web address to the other form.

****For recurring events- please add them in the calendar with their start and finish date as the same date. In the form below- write in the comments how it recurs eg 1st sat of every month between 1 and 3pm.

The name people see when they look at your membership page on Spiritual Connections. If you are not a member, you will need to sign up to list your events.

The email address you would like customers to contact you on. Please join the mailing list and tick "service provider" in order for us to correspond with you as a service provider.
Phone Number: *

Include the phone number you wish customers to contact you on.
Venue name, Suburb, State and Country (important for placing the listing). *
Date of Event * DD / MM / YYYY
Enter the date (or start date) of the event/workshop.
Start and finish time of the event.
Type of Event: *
Weekly Event (please note day below eg Monday) One Day Workshop 2 Day Workshop Course or Series (Note start and end date of series below) Retreat Psychic or Alternative Fair Monthly Event (please note day below eg last Sunday of Month) Other (please specify below)

This selection will determine how your event is listed.
Event Location *
Central Coast Central Coast Proximity (Sydney, Newcastle) Any Other NSW WA QLD TAS SA Vic ACT NZ Other Country

This informatin will allow your event to be listed by locality
Title of event & information admin needs to know in order to place it correctly in the directory such as 6 weeks series starting 1st May. (description of event will be retrieved from your calendar listing)
